Khori Coconut Feni is made in the same way that Coconut Feni has been made for centuries. Because
the sap of the Coconut palm is a sort of unrefined sugar, Coconut Feni has affinities with
certain rums and can be used as such for cocktails. It's creamy texture lends itself well to
martinis, and historically, Coconut Feni was used as an infusing solution for medicaments, so
infusing ginger, saffron, or cilantro have long, historical uses in Goa. A flavor still used
today, dukshiri is known as Indian Sarasparilla and it is true that Coconut Feni plays
very well with amari. The imagination is the limitation!
